Card Room Manager

Key Responsibilities

–  Responsible for a team of shufflers and shuffler inspectors
–  Manage of card rooms & card system flow procedures
–  Responsible for the Inventory of Card Management & Studio Equipment
–  Responsible for documenting and updating all Policies and Procedures
–  Interviewing for the position of shufflers and shuffler inspectors
–  Plan & Train new shufflers & shuffler inspectors for the card system flow procedure and the shuffle procedures and techniques
–  Responsible for the approvals of destroying cards, change of cards
and improvement of flows
–  Investigate and review any shuffle incidents and any abnormal activity
–  Responsible for all card management logs
–  Responsible for creating shift schedules & any type of leave approval for the Shufflers and
Card room Inspectors
–  Responsible to report to the studio technicians any technical errors/faults that card
machines may experience
–  Follow up on the maintenance of all the card machines and request an additional
maintenance when needed

Experience Required

–  2-3 years of working experience ideally in a Live Casino environment preferably
in a leadership role
–  Fluency in English language is a must
–  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
–  You must have the perfect shuffle techniques with the ability to train others
–  Capable of creating the schedule for each team
–  Good knowledge of card management and live casino equipment
–  Being able to work under pressure and ensuring that your teams are meeting the deadlines
–  Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time
