Customer Success Manager

Malta | Full-time


• Participate in the Sales process by presenting games and platform
solutions to new and existing B2B customers
• Drive new customer on boarding process, ensuring timely and smooth
integration and product roll-out
• Build and Manage relationships with our B2B customers and partners
• Initiate, run and monitor promotions in collaboration with internal teams
and our customers
• Drive usage and up-sell of our products with customers, seek for
opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenues
• Manage new game launches, roll-out and promotion
• Liaise with Product Support and other internal teams to proactively
prevent and resolve any customer issues and concerns
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing functions to set strategic
goals, and deliver commercial targets
• Have a great understanding of our Product, competitors and overall
Industry trends
• Act as a voice of customer with Product and Operations teams to balance
business goals and priorities
• Travel from time to time to meet customers and partners face-to-face

•Fluent in English
• Educated to a degree level
• Previous experience in a similar or related role in an iGaming company
• Sociable and confident communicator with strong sales, negotiation and
problem-solving skills
• Experience with running and coordinating promotions
• Self-starter, driven and passionate
