Finance Assistant

Malta | Full-time

– Analyzing organizing and managing supplier invoices
– Preparing general ledger postings
– Managing accounts payable
– Managing accounts receivables
– Will be responsible of the weekly supplier payment processing
– Managing the bank transactions posting and reconciliations
– Will be responsible of the revenue cycle
– Will be responsible in the upkeep of the company’s Fixed Asset Register
– Assist in the preparation of VAT Returns
– Assist in the preparation of month end reporting and management accounts
– Assisting in other adhoc duties within the finance department

– At least Two (2) Years proven work experience in accounting
– Proficient in MS Excel
– Candidates with experience in SAGE Evolution will be given preference
– Solid written and communication skills in English
– Holds at least a completed Advanced Diploma in accounting
– Must have a can-do approach, analytical and a good eye for detail
